Dr. Jungwon Seo received a B.S. from the Department of Pharmaceutics, Ewha Womans University, in 1997. She received an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the Department of Physiological Chemistry, University of Tokyo, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. Currently, she is an associate professor at the Department of Pharmacy, Wonkwang University, Korea. She was focusing on the molecular mechanism of arrestin interaction with pro-apoptotic MAP kinase JNK3 and arrestin-dependent activation of JNK kinases in the cell. Her research interests include neuroblastoma, apoptosis, autophagy, reactive oxygen species, ERK, and cearoin.
