Muhammad Wahajuddin works as an assistant professor at the Institute of Cancer Therapeutics, University of Bradford. He completed his M.S. in pharmacy from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research in 2006 and obtained his PhD in pharmacy/pharmacology from Integral University in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of North Carolina. Wahajuddin and his group are dedicated to researching the pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics of potential candidate drug molecules, both synthetic and natural, as well as potential targeted therapies. They aim to understand the molecular mechanisms of the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of these drugs. Additionally, his group is also involved in the formulation and development of new chemical entities (NCEs) and marketed drugs.
