We consider the problem of hyperspectral image (HSI) reconstruction, which aims to recover 3D hyperspectral data from 2D compressive HSI measurements acquired by a coded aperture snapshot spectral imaging (CASSI) system. Existing deep learning methods have achieved acceptable results in HSI reconstruction. However, these methods did not consider the imaging system degradation pattern. In this paper, based on observing the initialized HSIs obtained by shifting and splitting the measurements, we propose a dynamic Fourier network based on degradation learning, called the degradation-aware dynamic Fourier-based network (DADF-Net). We estimate the degradation feature maps from the degraded hyperspectral images to realize the linear transformation and dynamic processing of the features. In particular, we use the Fourier transform to extract the HSI non-local features. Extensive experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms state-of-the-art algorithms on simulation and real-world HSI datasets. In order to improve the performance of storage and transmission of massive hyperspectral data, a prediction-based spatial-spectral adaptive hyperspectral compressive sensing (PSSAHCS) algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the spatial block size of hyperspectral images is adaptively obtained according to the spatial self-correlation coefficient. Secondly, a k-means clustering algorithm is used to group the hyperspectral images. Thirdly, we use a local means and local standard deviations (LMLSD) algorithm to find the optimal image in the group as the key band, and the non-key bands in the group can be smoothed by linear prediction. Fourthly, the random Gaussian measurement matrix is used as the sampling matrix, and the discrete cosine transform (DCT) matrix serves as the sparse basis. Finally, the stagewise orthogonal matching pursuit (StOMP) is used to reconstruct the hyperspectral images. The experimental results show that the proposed PSSAHCS algorithm can achieve better evaluation results—the subjective evaluation, the peak signal-to-noise ratio, and the spatial autocorrelation coefficient in the spatial domain, and spectral curve comparison and correlation between spectra-reconstructed performance in the spectral domain—than those of single spectral compression sensing (SSCS), block hyperspectral compressive sensing (BHCS), and adaptive grouping distributed compressive sensing (AGDCS). PSSAHCS can not only compress and reconstruct hyperspectral images effectively, but also has strong denoise performance.

Four novel bridged‐amidines H2L {1,4‐R1[C(=NR2)(NHR2)]2 [R1=C6H4, R2=2,6‐iPr2C6H3 (H2L1); R1=C6H4, R2=2,6‐Me2C6H3 (H2L2); R1=C6H10, R2=2,6‐iPr2C6H3 (H2L3); R1=C6H10, R2=2,6‐Me2C6H3 (H2L4)]} were synthesized in 65%–78% isolated yields by the condensation reaction of dicarboxylic acid with four equimolar amounts of amines in the presence of PPSE at 180°C. Alkane elimination reaction of Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 (Ln=Y, Lu) with 0.5 equiv. of amidine in THF at room temperature afforded the corresponding bimetallic rare earth alkyl complexes (THF)(Me3SiCH2)2LnL1Ln(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) [Ln=Y (1), Lu (2)], (THF)(Me3SiCH2)2LnL2Ln‐ (CH2SiMe3)2(THF) [Ln=Y (3), Lu (4)], (THF)(Me3SiCH2)2YL3Y(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (5), (THF)(Me3SiCH2)2YL4‐ Y(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (6) in 72% –80% isolated yields. These neutral complexes showed activity towards L‐lactide polymerization in toluene at 70°C to give high molecular weight (M>104) and narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn≦1.40) polymers

With the development of hyperspectral technology, to establish an effective spectral data compressive reconstruction method that can improve data storage, transmission, and maintaining spectral information is critical for quantitative remote sensing research and application in vegetation. The spectral adaptive grouping distributed compressive sensing (AGDCS) algorithm is proposed, which enables a distributed compressed sensing reconstruction of plant hyperspectral data. The spectral characteristics of hyperspectral data are analyzed and the joint sparse model is constructed. The spectral bands are adaptively grouped and the hyperspectral data are compressed and reconstructed on the basis of grouping. The experimental results showed that, compared with orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) and gradient projection for sparse reconstruction (GPSR), AGDCS can significantly improve the visual effect of image reconstruction in the spatial domain. The peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) at a low sampling rate (the sampling rate is lower than 0.2) increases by 13.72 dB than OMP and 1.66 dB than GPSR. In the spectral domain, the average normalized root mean square error, the mean absolute percentage error, and the mean absolute error of AGDCS is 35.38%, 31.83%, and 33.33% lower than GPSR, respectively. Additionally, AGDCS can achieve relatively high reconstructed efficiency.

Hyperspectral images (HSIs) contain rich spatial and spectral information. A double dispersers coded aperture snapshot spectral imaging (DD-CASSI) system takes advantage of compressive sensing (CS) theory to map 3D HSI data into a single 2D measurement. One of key components of DD-CASSI is to reconstruct high quality hyperspectral image from measurement. Traditional model-based methods use mathematical optimization to reconstruct hyperspectral images according to prior knowledge. Current deep learning based methods achieve pleasant results. But fully learned deep learning methods lack interpretability, and model-based deep learning methods cannot achieve pleasant performance. In this paper, we propose a novel HSI reconstruction framework named Refinement Boosted and Attention Guided Tensor FISTA(Fast Iterative Shrinkage-Thresholding Algorithm)-Net (ReAttFISTA-Net), which combines model-based deep learning and fully learned deep learning reconstruction strategies. In this framework, we introduces Attention Guided Fusion Mechanism which enhances spatial-spectral information, refinement sub-network and auxiliary loss terms to improve the reconstruction performance. Extensive experimental results show that the proposed reconstruction algorithm outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms on both simulation and real-world datasets.
