Dr. Guanhua Zhou is currently an associate professor at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Geophysics from the Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China, in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and a Ph.D. in Cartography and Geographic Information Systems from the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2007. From 2003 to 2004, he was an Engineer at the National Marine Data and Information Service. From 2007 to 2009, he was a postdoctoral at the Beijing Normal University. His research interests include ecological environment remote sensing, radiative transfer modeling, remote sensing image processing, etc.
