Dr. Caciotti Anna (CA) is a recognized expert of inherited metabolic disorders—genetic investigation and diagnosis. CA has extensive experience in the molecular diagnosis of lysosomal storage disorders (LSDs). In her present project, she will conduct the genetic characterization of the cohort of patients enrolled in the study. CA will be devoted to the proper interpretation of genetic alteration of patients by the NGS approach in combination with whole-exome-sequencing analysis.
