Zhenbin Zhang received his Ph.D. (summa cum laude) degree in electrical and energy engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany, in 2016. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow/Researcher in electrical and energy engineering with the Technical University of Munich. Since 2017, he has been a Full Professor with Shandong University, Jinan, China, where he is currently the Director for both the Laboratory of More Power Electronics Energy Systems and the Institute of Sustainable Energy and Smart Grids. His research interests include power electronics and electrical drives, sustainable energy system, and smart- and microgrids.
