I'm an associate pofessor at the Department of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Szeged, Hungary. My research is centered on experimental neuroscience, with a particular focus on spinal cord injury, motoneuron injury and mechanisms of neuroprotection and regeneration.
My work investigates innovative therapeutic strategies, including stem cell–based approaches, stem cell–derived secretome, and nucleoside-modified mRNA technologies aimed at promoting neural repair and functional recovery after central nervous system injury. I have authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in the field of neuroregeneration and experimental neurology.
My research integrates experimental microsurgery, advanced histological and immunohistochemical techniques, fluorescence microscopy, and cell culture methods to explore molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying neural regeneration.
