Pingwu Liu has been a Professor and Master’s Supervisor in the Department of Facility Agriculture Science and Engineering since 2020. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy in 1999 and his Ph.D. in Agronomy in 2004, both from Huazhong Agricultural University. His research areas include germplasm innovation of cruciferous vegetables, cultivation techniques for cruciferous vegetables, and biological control. From 2012 to 2014, he served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture, Guangxi University, and was promoted to Researcher in 2014, a position he held until 2020.
