Byullee Park is an assistant professor in the Department of Biophysics, Institute of Quantum Biophysics at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). He received a B.S. in the Department of Electronic and Communication Engineering, Kwangwoon University. He studied for his Ph.D. degree and postdoctoral training at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) under the supervision of Dr. Chulhong Kim. He also studied for his second postdoctoral training as a visiting scholar at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) under the guidance of Dr. Lihong V. Wang. He was a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) from 2022 to 2023. He won the Young Investigator Award from the Advanced Biophotonics Conference, Optical Society of Korea, in 2020.
