Fan Wu received the Ph.D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, where she is currently a Professor with the School of Electronic Engineering. She was a Visiting Scholar with the University of California, Irvine, USA. Her research interests include mobile communications, IoT, reconfigurable circuit design. She has presided over major projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National 863 Program. Prof. Wu has authored over 100 papers and holds 38 authorized patents. She was a recipient of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and the “Top 10 Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers” Award from the Chinese Institute of Electronics. She has served as the General Chair for multiple conferences and is a long-term reviewer for several prestigious academic journals.
