Xue Chen (Member, IEEE) received a B.S. degree from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 1982, and a M.S. degree from BUPT, Beijing, China in 1985. She is currently a professor with State Key Laboratory of Information Photonics and Optical Communications, BUPT. Her main research interests include backbone optical transmission and optical access networks.
