Jenn Kai Tsai was born in Taiwan and received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in the Department of Physics from the National Sun Yat-Sen University in 1996, 1998, and 2003, respectively. Currently, he is a professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Formosa University, Yunlin, Taiwan. His current research interests focused on the wide bandgap semiconductor nanoscale structure, dye-sensitized and perovskite solar cells. His recent publication can be found in journals such as Nanoscale Research Letters, Microsystem Technologies, Microelectronic Engineering, Materials, etc. He has published 64 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and more than 127 conference papers.
