FAGV is a kind of heavy equipment in the storage environment. Its path needs to be simple and smooth and should be able to avoid sudden obstacles in the process of driving. According to the environmental characteristics of intelligent storage and the task requirements of FAGV, this paper proposed a hybrid dynamic path planning algorithm for FAGV based on improved A* and improved DWA. The improved A* algorithm can plan the global optimal path more suitable for FAGV. The improved evaluation function of DWA can ensure that the local path of FAGV is closer to the global path. DWA combines the rolling window method for local path planning to avoid sudden unknown static and dynamic obstacles. In addition, this paper verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm through simulation. The simulation results show that the algorithm can avoid obstacles dynamically without being far away from the global optimal path.
The efficiency of the rapidly exploring random tree (RRT) falls short when efficiently guiding targets through constricted-passage environments, presenting issues such as sluggish convergence speed and elevated path costs. To overcome these algorithmic limitations, we propose a narrow-channel path-finding algorithm (named NCB-RRT) based on Bi-RRT with the addition of our proposed research failure rate threshold (RFRT) concept. Firstly, a three-stage search strategy is employed to generate sampling points guided by real-time sampling failure rates. By means of the balance strategy, two randomly growing trees are established to perform searching, which improves the success rate of the algorithm in narrow channel environments, accelerating the convergence speed and reducing the number of iterations required. Secondly, the parent node re-selection and path pruning strategy are integrated. This shortens the path length and greatly reduces the number of redundant nodes and inflection points. Finally, the path is optimized by utilizing segmented quadratic Bezier curves to achieve a smooth trajectory. This research shows that the NCB-RRT algorithm is better able to adapt to the complex narrow channel environment, and the performance is also greatly improved in terms of the path length and the number of inflection points. Compared with the RRT, RRT* and Bi-RRT algorithms, the success rate is increased by 2400%, 1900% and 11.11%, respectively.
Based on the lightweight characteristics of automotive energy absorption boxes and the requirement of good energy absorption effect, this article first applies the node-enhanced body centered cubic (NBCC) lattice structure to the inner core design of automotive energy absorption boxes. The gradient study of the NBCC lattice structure was carried out using a drop hammer impact and split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The results indicate that gradient lattice structures have advantages in energy absorption, but there are differences under different gradient strategies. When the impact is not sufficient to compact the structure, the vertical rod diameter gradient node-enhanced lattice structure (RGNBCC) can absorb more energy and improve energy absorption performance by 25%. The vertical height gradient node-enhanced lattice structure (HGNBCC) is more suitable for high-speed impact conditions. Based on the advantages of the RGNBCC in resisting low-speed impacts, it is applied to the inner core design of automotive energy absorption boxes and optimized using multi-objective optimization methods. The optimization results show that the maximum peak impact force is reduced by 45.6% and the specific energy absorption is increased by 30.4%.
Multispectral remote sensing data with abundant spectral information can be used to compute vegetation indices to improve the accuracy of Ginkgo biloba yield prediction. The limited spatial resolution of multispectral cameras restricts the detail capture over wide farmland, but super-resolution (SR) reconstruction methods can enhance image quality. However, most existing SR models have been trained on images processed from downsampled high-resolution (HR) images, making them less effective in reconstructing real low-resolution (LR) images. This study proposes a GAN-based super-resolution reconstruction method (RMSRGAN) for multispectral remote sensing images of Ginkgo biloba trees in real scenes. A U-Net-based network is employed instead of the traditional discriminator. Convolutional block attention modules (CBAMs) are incorporated into the Residual-in-Residual Dense Blocks (RRDBs) of the generator and the U-Net of the discriminator to preserve image details and texture features. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with a multispectral camera was employed to capture field multispectral remote sensing images of Ginkgo biloba trees at different spatial resolutions. Four matching HR and LR datasets were created from these images to train RMSRGAN. The proposed model outperforms the traditional models by achieving superior results in both quantitative evaluation metrics (peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) is 32.490, 31.085, 27.084, 26.819, and structural similarity index (SSIM) is 0.894, 0.881, 0.832, 0.818, respectively) and qualitative evaluation visualization. Furthermore, the efficiency of our proposed method was tested by generating individual vegetation indices (VIs) from images taken before and after reconstruction to predict the yield of Ginkgo biloba. The results show that the SR images exhibit better and values than LR images. These findings show that RMSRGAN can improve the spatial resolution of real multispectral images, increasing the accuracy of Ginkgo biloba yield prediction and providing more effective and accurate data support for crop management.
In the process of orthodontic treatment, the remodeling of cancellous bone in alveolar bone (in this paper, cancellous bone in alveolar bone is abbreviated as CBAB) is key to promoting tooth movement. Studying the mechanical behavior of CBAB is helpful to predict the displacement of teeth and achieve the best effect of orthodontic treatment. Three CBAB samples were cut from alveolar bone around the root apex of human teeth. A uniaxial compression test was used to study the transient elastic properties of CBAB. A creep test was used to study the time-dependent viscoelastic properties of CBAB. Both tests were carried out at the loading rates of 0.02 mm/min, 0.1 mm/min and 0.5 mm/min. The results revealed that CBAB is a nonlinear viscoelastic and hyperelastic material. The stress–strain curve obtained from the uniaxial compression test could be divided into three stages: the collapse stage of the front section, the exponential stage of the middle section and the almost linear stage of the rear end. According to the strain–time curve obtained from the compression creep test, a trend of increasing strain over time was relatively obvious within the first 30 s. After 200 s, the curve gradually tended to plateau. Four hyperelastic models and three viscoelastic models were used to fit the test data. Finally, the fifth-order polynomial hyperelastic model (coefficient of determination “R2 > 0.999”) was used to describe the hyperelastic properties of CBAB, and the seven-parameter model of the generalized Kelvin modified model (“R2 > 0.98”) was used to describe the viscoelastic properties of CBAB.
Periodontal ligament (PDL) is mainly composed of collagen fiber bundles, and the content of collagen fiber is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of PDL. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of the PDL collagen fiber content on its viscoelastic mechanical behavior. Transverse and longitudinal samples of different regions of PDL were obtained from the human maxilla. The fiber content at different regions of human PDL was quantitatively measured using image processing software, and a new viscoelastic constitutive model was constructed based on the fiber content. The nano-indentation experiment was carried out with a loading rate of 0.5 mN·s−1, a peak load of 3 mN, and a holding time of 200 s, and the model parameters were obtained through the experiment data. The results showed that with the increase of fiber content, the deformation resistance of PDL also increased, and compared with the neck and middle region, the compressive strain in the apical region of PDL was the largest. The range of reduced elastic modulus of human PDL was calculated to be 0.39~5.08 MPa. The results of the experimental data and the viscoelastic constitutive model fit well, indicating that the model can well describe the viscoelastic behavior of human PDL.
