Professor Eleftherios Bonos, DVM, PhD (male), is a member of the School of Agriculture at the University of Ioannina, Greece. His main research interests include: animal nutrition; feeds and feed additives (aromatic plants, essential oils, prebiotics, probiotics, symbiotics, acidifiers, algae, yeasts, vitamins, enzymes, and other supplements); gut microflora; animal product quality (meat, egg, milk); nutritional value of feedstuffs; feed formulation; poultry husbandry.
