Dr. Baldeck is a Research Professor of Opto-chemistry at the Laboratoire de Chimie/ENS, Lyon, France. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Photonics at the City College of New York, USA. His research group focuses on developing novel laser tools and techniques for biomedical research and applications. He has been involved in several international cooperation projects in interdisciplinary fields.
