Prof. Dr. Elena Georgieva Todorovska has been Chief Scientific Secretary of the Agricultural Academy, Sofia, Bulgaria since March 2019. Prof. Dr. Elena Georgieva Todorovska has been a Prof. Dr. at the Department of Functional Genetics, Abiotic, and Biotic Stress, AgroBioInstitute, Agricultural Academy, Sofia, Bulgaria from 2021 to the present. She was the Head of the group Functional Genetics—Cereals. Prof. Dr. at Functional Genetics— Cereals from 2003-10-01 to 2021-10.Prof. Dr. Elena Georgieva Todorovska received a Ph.D. in molecular genetics from the AgrobioInstitute: Sofia, Bulgaria in 2002. Prof. Dr. Elena Georgieva Todorovska is focusing on the current Project “Smart Crops”, which was approved by the Decision of the Bulgarian Ministry Council №866/26.11.2020, and is aiming to improve the yield and other agronomic traits of wheat using remote sensing and classical breeding approaches.
