Hongning Wang, Professor, Ph.D. supervisor, is a dean of the College of Life Sciences, Sichuan University, director of the Sichuan Key Laboratory of Animal Disease Prevention and Control and Food Safety, Sichuan University. She is engaged in basic and applied research on animal disease prevention, control and animal product safety, pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance in pigs and chicken, genetic engineering vaccine creation for important viruses in poultry, prevention and control of bacterial diseases in laying hens, Salmonella purification and integrated prevention, and control of epidemics in large-scale chicken and pig farms.
