Young Dae Ko received his BS degree in industrial engineering and his PhD in industrial and systems engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea, in 2004 and 2011, respectively. He worked at the Data Analytics Group of Deloitte Consulting as a Manager from 2013 to 2016. He has performed many industry projects concerning big data and business analytics. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management, Sejong University, Seoul, Korea. His research interests include business analytics, revenue management, system optimization, and green transportation.
