Dr. Biao Zhang currently works at the Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Biometrology and Inspection at Quarantine, College of Life Science, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou, China. He received his Ph.D. from Tianjin University of Science and Technology in 2021. His main research directions are biometrics, inspection and quarantine, and food safety testing. The research content mainly focuses on the preparation of related antibodies, new immunoassay methods, and the development of rapid detection products for hazard factors and disease markers in food.
