Dr. Brunoni is an associate professor of the Department of Psychiatry of the University of São Paulo Medical School. He is also the director of the Interventional Psychiatry Group at the same institution. Dr. Brunoni also holds the position of editor-in-chief of the Brazilian Journal of Psychiatry and is deputy editor in psychiatry of the journal Brain Stimulation. Dr. Brunoni is an expert in the field of novel interventions in psychiatry, having published more than 400 papers in prestigious journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA Psychiatry.
