Dr. Mohamed Hassan is an Associate Professor at the Centre of Excellence for Advanced Sciences, Chemistry of Natural and Microbial Products Department, National Research Centre. He is interested in microbiology, enzyme production, enzyme purification, and the immobilization of enzymes and microorganisms on natural bio-polymeric materials. He is involved in several National and International projects and has had many peer-reviewed papers published in international journals.
