Ali Rıza Kosker has been an Associate Professor at the Department
of Seafood Processing Technology, Faculty of Fisheries, Cukurova University since
2020. He received his Bachelor’s degree
in Biology from Balikesir University in 2002, his Master’s degree and a Ph.D.
in Fishing and Seafood Processing Technology from Cukurova University in 2014
and 2017, respectively. His main research areas include Agricultural Sciences,
Seafood, Seafood Processing Technologies.
