Lucia Billeci was born in Pisa, Italy, in 1982. She received BSc and MSc degrees in biomedical engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy, in 2004 and 2007, respectively and a PhD degree in Automatics, Robotics and Bioengineering from the University of Pisa, Italy in 2011. She is a researcher at the Institute of Clinical Physiology of the National Research Council of Italy (IFC-CNR). Her research interests include biomedical signal and image processing, including electrocardiogram, skin conductance, electroencephalography and magnetic resonance image analysis, as well as the application of wearable solutions for the noninvasive monitoring of health and disease.
