Electronic government has played an essential role in citizen policy strategy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of citizen and government interaction, companies can utilize electronic government facilities to establish direct communication and maintain service quality by integrating new technologies and facilities in electronic government which can provide service via online, embedded with social media integration, implemented with mobile service, using personalized user accounts, e-participation service integration, in combination with ongoing citizen information. Therefore, electronic government facilities must adapt and choose the right content to promote strong citizen relations, leading to citizen behavior to make long-term use of electronic government facilities. This study considered and integrated the latest technology from electronic government and associated it with connection quality. Sustainable motives and faithfulness were used to quantify the quality of citizen relations to electronic government facilities, which can influence the results of citizen behavior. The SmartPLS 2 software was used to quantify and estimate 425 online questionnaire surveys. The results showed that of the 12 hypotheses, eight hypotheses were declared to have a significant effect, consisting of H1, H2, H6–H8, and H10–H12, while the other four hypotheses were stated to have no significant effect, namely H3–H5, and H9. This study was used to guide the government as a provider of electronic government facilities to adapt and provide content following the dimensions of the latest technology to achieve goals and produce sustainable implementation.

The purpose of this study was to integrate citizen perceived value into an expectation- confirmation model (ECM) and to explain citizen intention use of e-government services. After reviewing both ECM and citizen perceived values, integrated models were designed. This study was compared to the basic ECM; this study revealed that the integration of ECM with citizen perceived value can provide a concerted solution to illustrate some factors and how it can influence citizen intention use for e-government services.

The study aimed to assess the students’ continuance intention (SCI) in using multimedia online learning including students’ perceived usefulness (SPU), students’ ease of use (SPE), and students’ flow experience (SFE). There is no,so far, the assessment of students’ activity in using multimedia online learning within the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).This study revealed the students’ continuance intentions in using online lessons. There were 523 students as the samples. They learned and examined the content of online English learning resources as well as multimedia aspects.TAM was used to predict the SCI. The results indicate that the students’ intentions are influenced positively by perceived usefulness, ease of use, and the flow experience. The SPU influenced more students’ motivation than SPE. It is recommended that designers of online learning should be more specific in determining target users. The online learners’ skill on ICT, pedagogical principles, and technological barrier in different region are among the determinant aspects for receiving positive enduring intention.

The purpose of this study was to measure the public participation intention of e-government service by integrating between variables of social media activity and DeLone and McLean’s Information Systems Success Model. The method used was the structural equation model (SEM). From 9 proposed hypotheses, the results showed that all had positive and significant impacts. The experimental aftereffects of this examination make two ends and significant commitments. In the first place, the impacts of information distribution activities through social media are largely ignored in various e-government studies. This study confirms that information distribution activities with social media have a significant influence on public satisfaction which ultimately affects public participation intention.

This study aims to explain the concept of relationship quality on citizen intention use of e-Government service. We have built 5 hypotheses. The result of 5 hypotheses is positive and significant impact. In building citizen relationship, we build two antecedent they are perceived e-Government usability and perceived e-Government credibility. The method we use in this research is empirical, with 366 valid respondents.

The results accurate prediction on a census of patients in the hospital unit is very important for patient safety, health results and resource planning. The limitations of the ability to control the census and clinical tests in Cilacap area General Hospital became the reason for the importance of census forecasts at the hospital. The alternative of divination using the census of the average remains from the previous year on clinical practices have limited because of the variation of the census. The purpose of this research is to : (i) analyzing the census RSUD Cilacap every month in patients outpatient hospitalization, emergency and to develop models of divination the census, (ii) to evaluate the level of accuracy of the model compared with the average census approach remains. The data used in this study are the five years of census data at Cilacap Regional Public Hospital per month retrospectively for model development (January 2011 - December 2015) and two years of data for validation (January 2016 - December 2017). Simple linear regression method and Random Forest (RF) is used to make a forecast model for the number of inpatients, outpatient, and emergency patient visits. The model obtained was evaluated using MAPE. Based on the results obtained, the linear regression algorithm has the better performance compared to random forest algorithms in forecasting the number of inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients visits.

This study aims to analyze empirically three factors antecedents of trust they are system quality, information quality, and service quality. Customer trust is used in determining customer intention to purchase of e-commerce in social media (facebook). A number of respondents were 451. The results of this study concluded that three factors antecedents of trust directly had a positive impact to customer trust and indirectly had positive impact on customer intention to purchase in e-commerce transactions on social media.

In this paper, a bivariate $(n,k)$ replacement policy with cumulative repair cost limit for a two-unit system is studied, in which the system is subjected to shock damage interaction between units. Each unit 1 failure causes random damage to unit 2 and these damages are additive. Unit 2 will fail when the total damage of unit 2 exceed a failure level $K$, and such a failure makes unit 1 fail simultaneously, resulting in a total failure. When unit 1 failure occurs, if the cumulative repair cost till to this failure is less than a predetermined limit $L$, then unit 1 is corrected by minimal repair, otherwise, the system is preventively replaced. The system is also replaced at the $n$th unit 1 failure, or at damage level $k$ (${<}K$) of unit 2, or at total failure. The explicit expression of the long-term expected cost per unit time is derived and the corresponding optimal bivariate replacement policy can be determined analytically or numerically. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the theoretical results for the proposed model.

This study aimed to assess the factors that influence public behavior towards e-government service in Indonesia. The model used in this study was UTAUT which this model we have enriched with the addition of ISQ extracted from two dimensions of credibility and usability. Total respondents were 279 validated, the method used in evaluating the sampling data was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the result of the hypothesis, it was found that all existing hypotheses showed a significant, valid relationship and positive value.

The aim of this study is the proposition of a model for the understanding and examination of public satisfaction and intention towards e-government service. Based on the online survey of 366 e-government experienced participants, this study uses the structural equation modelling approach to test the research model. The results of analysis reflect that public intention use is significantly determined by public satisfaction, and perceived usefulness toward e-government, and information system quality (ISQ) is positively influenced by public intention usage directly, while public perceived usefulness directly is influenced by ISQ, and indirectly influenced through public confirmation of expectation. Other results indicate that public satisfaction is directly influenced by ISQ and indirectly influenced through public perceived usefulness. Finally, the findings of this research offers detailed theoretical, and managerial implications for scholars, governmental and software engineering.
