Prof. Dr. Benjamin K. Ng received his B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in engineering science and electrical engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 1996, 1998, and 2002, respectively. From 2005 to 2009, he was with Radiospire Networks Inc., Boston, MA, USA, where he was a Senior Communications Engineer, focusing on UWB and millimeter-wave technologies. He joined Macao Polytechnic University, Macau, China, in 2010, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Applied Sciences. His research interests include wireless communications and signal processing, with an emphasis on multi-in multi-out (MIMO), NOMA, and machine learning technologies.
