Dr. Ahmad Zaazaa is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at An-Najah National University, where he has been a faculty member since 2010. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Food Science and Technologies from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 2017. Dr. Zaazaa has taught several courses in the Department of Animal Production and Animal Health and has held various administrative roles, including serving as the manager of the faculty farm. His research interests focus on animal production, and he has published work on a range of related topics.
