Dr. Tomi Obe is an Assistant Professor in Poultry Microbiology and Food Safety at the Department of Poultry Science and Department of Food Science, University of Arkansas. Her research includes, pre- and post-harvest mitigation of foodborne pathogens in processing environments, bacterial stress adaptation, bacterial biofilm formation and inactivation, and sanitation of processing environments.
