Prof. Dr. Zhong-Hu Li is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and the Dean of the Taiping Branch of the Qinling Research Institute of Northwest University. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Qinling Biological Genetic Resources Exploration and Utilization Engineering Research Center in Xi’an and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Qinling Ecological and Environmental Protection Young Scholars Expert Committee. He received his Ph.D. in Ecology from Lanzhou University in 2010. Research projects he has led or participated in have won the first prize in the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Natural Science Award, the third prize in the Qinghai Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize in the Shaanxi Province Teaching Achievement Award, the second prize in the Shaanxi Province Natural Science Outstanding Paper Award, amongst others. His research focuses on plant molecular evolution and population genomics.
