Gil Jannes has a PhD in Theoretical Physics and currently works as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Faculty of Economy and Business of the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. He has published more than 20 research articles about Hawking radiation and other aspects of black hole physics. His current research interests include the application of quantitative methods to study the economic impact of tourism in Spain.
