Prof. Dr. Lucielen Oliveira Santos is currently an Associate Professor IV at the Federal University of Rio Grande. She received his degree in food engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2001), followed by a Master’s and Ph.D. in food engineering from the State University of Campinas, and a postdoctoral at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of UNICAMP. Prof. Dr. Lucielen Oliveira Santos has experience in food science and technology, with an emphasis on the area of biochemical engineering, specifically the application of magnetic fields in fermentative processes and solid-state fermentation.
