Unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced polymer nanocomposites were developed by adding alumina (Al2O3) and silicon carbide (SiC) nanoparticles using ultrasonication and magnetic stirring. The uniform nanoparticle dispersions were examined with a field-emission scanning electron microscope. The nano-phase matrix was then utilized to fabricate the hybrid carbon fiber-reinforced polymer nanocomposites by hand lay-up and compression molding. The weight fractions selected for Al2O3 and SiC nanoparticles were determined based on improvements in mechanical properties. Accordingly, the hybrid nanocomposites were fabricated at weight fractions of 1, 1.5, 1.75, and 2 wt.% for Al2O3. Likewise, the weight fractions selected for SiC were 1, 1.25, 1.5, and 2 wt.%. At 1.75 wt.% Al2O3 nanoparticle loading, the flexural strength modulus improved by 31.76% and 37.08%, respectively. Additionally, the interlaminar shear and impact strength enhanced by 40.95% and 47.51%, respectively. For SiC nanocomposites, improvements in flexural strength (12.79%) and flexural modulus (9.59%) were accomplished at 1.25 wt.% nanoparticle loading. Interlaminar shear strength was enhanced by 34.27%, and maximum impact strength was improved by 30.45%. Effective particle interactions with polymeric chains of epoxy, crack deflection, and crack arresting were the micromechanics accountable for enhancing the mechanical properties of nanocomposites.

In this work impact of servant leadership on perceived organizational support of employees in manufacturing industries and educational institutions in the Indian context. The servant leadership was the independent variable and perceived organizational support was the dependent variable of the research. The questionnaires linked to servant leadership and the perceived organizational support were used to collect the data from full-time employees rating the servant leadership style of managers, engineers and officers, teaching faculty along with the perceived organizational support of their organization. In the servant leadership questionnaire 23 items, 5 dimensions, and the perceived organizational support questionnaire 16 items. The final research survey was carried out on a convenience sample of 307 manufacturing industries and educational institution 324 samples using a non-probability sampling strategy and its empirical analysis, the studyused the SPSS version 22.0 tested construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA > 0.5) was 0.9, tested for reliability and adequacy of the sample (>0.6) was very high 0.9.The independent sample test shows that hypothesis 1 and 2 of servant leadership and the perceived organizational support of both manufacturing industries and educational institution employees are analogous. And hypothesis 3 by multiple linear regression analysis proved the existence of a solid association between servant leadership and perceived organizational support employees of both manufacturing industries and educational institutions. This study finds that both the servant leadership and perceived organizational support are strongly followed by employees of manufacturing industries and educational institutions. In addition, proves that there is a strong relationship between the servant leadership and perceived organizational support in manufacturing industries and educational institutions employees.

The people of India sought digital modes of payment during the demonetization period in India (2016); with the increasing growth of the internet, electronic commerce (e-commerce) websites have become imperative for securely accessing payment gateways, encouraging the growth of digital payment processes and payment app development. During the pandemic, there was an exponential increase in mobile payments using smartphones. The usage of mobiles and their market penetration with government schemes such as ‘Digital India’ accelerated the use of mobile payments by a large percentage of customers in the coastal hinterland (Manipal) of India. This study aimed to analyze the critical factors influencing digital payments in the university town of Manipal. From the literature, 13 regressors were shortlisted, and their effect was measured against a behavioral intention to use mobile payments. A structured and validated questionnaire is used as a research tool for data collection that is analyzed using structural equation modeling. The structure equation modeling included using smart partial least squares (SPLS), in which path coefficients, t-statistics, and consistency tests were conducted. The investigation found that ease of use, social influence, perceived behavioral control, rewards and offers, credibility, compatibility, perceived cost, impact on the environment, and government schemes have a positive influence on m-payments. Social influence has a strong influence on m-payments and is a direct enabler of technology acceptance. The critical factors were identified by using smart PLS as being ease of use and social influence, which were identified as the critical factors concerning m-payments.
