Elida Melo Margalho has a degree in Civil Engineering, an academic degree obtained in Brazil, and completed her Masters in Engineering Project Management at the University of Minho in Portugal. She is currently responsible for the Departments of Building and Operation Licensing, and Public Lighting in the Secretariat of Works and Public Roads of the Municipality of Abaetetuba/PA. Her main areas of interest are project management, development and assessment of workplace skills, and sustainability.
