Dr. YE's research interests mainly focus on novel vaccines, antivirals, viral-host interaction and the pathogenesis of acute virus infection. Specifically, arboviruses (alphavirus, flavivirus) and hemorrhagic fever bunyaviruses (Hantavirus, CCHFV).
