J.K.D.D.T. Jayanetti is a PhD scholar attached to the Department of Building Economics, University of Moratuwa. He also serves as a lecturer in Quantity Surveying and Management attached to the Department of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. He earned his BSc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction management from Sheffield Hallam University UK and his Master’s degree from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. His research interests are in lean construction, maturity models, and construction management. He has published several articles in the related field.
