Dr. Sung-Min Cho is an Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He
specializes in neurointensive care and neurology, with experience in neurological critical care, cerebrovascular disease, adult neurology, and acute brain injury. Dr. Cho completed his residency in neurology at the Cleveland Clinic from 2013 to 2017 and his neurocritical care fellowship at Johns Hopkins
University/Hospital in 2019. He joined Johns Hopkins as a faculty member in 2019 after studying physics at Yonsei University in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Cincinnati. He obtained his medical degree from Ohio University in 2013. Dr.
Cho’s research interests include neurologic outcomes in intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, cardiac arrest, infective endocarditis, cardiac surgery, and mechanical circulatory assist devices.
