Current medical methods still confront numerous limitations and barriers to detect and fight against illnesses and disorders. The introduction of emerging technologies in the healthcare industry is anticipated to enable novel medical techniques for an efficient and effective smart healthcare system. Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Big Data Analytics (BDA), and Cloud Computing (CC) can play a vital role in the instant detection of illnesses, diseases, viruses, or disorders. Complicated techniques such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) could provide acceleration in drug and antibiotics discovery. Moreover, the integration of visualization techniques such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) with Tactile Internet (TI), can be applied from the medical staff to provide the most accurate diagnosis and treatment for the patients. A novel system architecture, which combines several future technologies, is proposed in this paper. The objective is to describe the integration of a mixture of emerging technologies in assistance with advanced networks to provide a smart healthcare system that may be established in hospitals or medical centers. Such a system will be able to deliver immediate and accurate data to the medical stuff in order to aim them in order to provide precise patient diagnosis and treatment.

Even though the field of medicine has made great strides in recent years, infectious diseases caused by novel viruses that damage the respiratory system continue to plague people all over the world. This type of virus is very dangerous, especially for people with serious long-term breathing problems like asthma, pneumonia, or bronchitis infections. Thus, this paper demonstrates a new secure machine learning monitoring system for a model for virus detection. Our proposed model makes use of four basic emerging technologies, the Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Cloud Computing (CC), and Machine Learning (ML), to detect dangerous types of viruses that infect people or animals causing panic worldwide and deregulating human daily life. The proposed system is a robust system that could be established in various buildings, like hospitals, entertainment halls, universities, etc., and will provide accuracy, speed, and privacy for data collected in the detection of viruses.

The rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) environments in various sectors has introduced major security challenges, as these smart devices can be exploited by malicious users to form Botnets of Things (BoT). Limited computational resources and weak encryption mechanisms in such devices make them attractive targets for attacks like Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Man-in-the-Middle (MitM), and malware distribution. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-layered architecture to mitigate BoT threats in AIoT environments. The system leverages edge traffic inspection, sandboxing, and machine learning techniques to analyze, detect, and prevent suspicious behavior, while uses centralized monitoring and response automation to ensure rapid mitigation. Experimental results demonstrate the necessity and superiority over or parallel to existing models, providing an early detection of botnet activity, reduced false positives, improved forensic capabilities, and scalable protection for large-scale AIoT areas. Overall, this solution delivers a comprehensive, resilient, and proactive framework to protect AIoT assets from evolving cyber threats.

The world has changed. New technologies, new trends, new protocols, new efficient algorithms, and systems have been used widely by civilized countries to have better and more convenient living. In this research, there have been introduced many new terms, technologies, and mechanisms. Moreover, threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities have been studied and a novel scenario has been proposed in order to overcome all these violations that have been presented in this paper. The scenario is based on a security model that has been proposed for critical sectors, such as hospitals, industries, etc., which need efficient solutions to go one step further and improve the secure and efficient living and treatment of people. The aim of this research has been to understand through research the IoT security issues and propose the appropriate solutions based on the most suitable security algorithms. The results, which have been based on the complexity, the throughput, the power consumption, the strength, and the memory usage of the algorithms studied, have been hopeful and helpful for future research and experimentation.

This paper discusses an on-device artificial intelligence (AI) solution for real-time, privacy-preserving fraud detection in smart financial environments, ensuring privacy-preserving consumer transactions. We suggest a distributed, on-device fraud detection solution that uses federated learning (FL) to improve privacy while detecting fraudulent transactions efficiently across decentralized smart environments. In this work, we used several models, including reinforcement learning (RL) agent and Random Forest, and we tested their performance using several measures like accuracy, precision, recall, and F-score, ensuring their applicability to smart environments with resource constraints. The recommended mechanism also uses t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce dimensions of data, visualize the results, and evaluate the success rate of transactions classified as fraudulent and non-fraudulent. In our methodology, we applied data collection, data preprocessing, and cleaning, and we evaluated the metrics of selected models to allocate resources effectively and support decision-making processes in edge-based fraud detection systems within smart environments.
