Dr. Salem Alhajj Ali, BSc, MSc, PhD, is a researcher at the Department of Soil, plant, and food science, University of Bari Aldo Moro. His research focuses on agriculture sustainability and the promotion of conservation agriculture practices to overcome problems related to environmental impacts associated with conventional practices. In particular, his research activities cover aspects related to the sustainable/efficient use of agriculture inputs, no-tillage systems, and nitrogen use efficiency concerning crop productivity and quality.
