Biography
Saghir Ahmad received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. electrical engineering degrees from NWFP University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan, and COMSATS University Islamabad, in 1998, 2010, and 2019, respectively. He is currently an assistant professor at the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department, COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, Pakistan. His research interests include power system dynamics & control, HVDC Transmission, FACTS controllers, and power electronics applications in power systems.
