After graduating from Justus-Liebig-University with an honors degree in human nutrition and science, Christina immediately took up a post at the Clinical Research Organization and has been involved in diabetes research and clinical trials. She has spent the last 16 years working in the areas of inherited metabolic disorders, chronic kidney failure, and ketogenic diet services both for children and adults. Currently, Christina is conducting a PhD study on MCT metabolism and ketogenic diets at WWU University in Muenster, Germany.
