Dr. Yi-Ju Hsu is an associate professor and the director of the Institute of Sports Science at National Sport University. She earned both her master’s degree and PhD degree from National Sport University. She carried out her post-doctoral research in the Institute of Sports Science at National Sport University. Before joining National Sport University, she worked as a research assistant at the Chang Jung University Institute of Medicine and the Kaohsiung Medical University, Department of Sports Medicine. In 2016, she won the 2015 Annual Sports Science Research and Development Award—Excellence Award from the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education, Executive Yuan. In 2017, she won the first-class award in the 2016 Annual Sports Science Research and Development Award from the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education, Executive Yuan. Her research interests include sports nutrition, sports biochemistry, sports medicine, and animal model establishment.
