Chia-Chi Hsiao is a supervisor of the nursing department at Chiayi Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and a doctoral student at the College of Nursing of Taipei Medical University. Miss Hsiao got a bachelor of nursing at the College of Nursing of Taipei Medical University, Taipei City, Taiwan in June 1998. She got a Master of Science in Nursing at the College of Nursing of Chang Gung University of Science and Technology Chiayi campus in 2020. She has been a clinical nurse for 8 years at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Chiayi Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, a head nurse for 7 years, and a supervisor for 9 years at Chiayi Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Miss Hsiao has done a study on “Factors affecting nurses’ willingness and competency to provide anticipatory grief counseling for family caregivers of patients with terminal cancer”. She is a member of the Taiwan Nurses Association (TWNA), Taiwan Oncology Nursing Society (AONS), Taiwan Association of Critical Nurses (TACCN), and Taiwan periOperative Registered Nurses Association (TORNA).
