Zhilin Xia is a researcher at the Wuhan University of Technology. He earned a B.Sc. in Chemical Equipment and Machinery from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology, an M.Sc. in Materials Processing Engineering from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at the Wuhan University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is primarily engaged in researching the service performance of optical components in extreme environments, photothermal management materials and technologies, and the interaction between lasers and matter.
