Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Endes is an Associate Professor of Plant Pathology at the Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Yozgat Bozok University, Türkiye. I received my BSc (2008), MSc (2012), and PhD (2018) from Çukurova University. My research focuses on fungal plant diseases, fungal biodiversity, molecular identification, pathogen characterization, host–pathogen interactions, and sustainable disease management. My scientific work particularly addresses Botryosphaeriaceae-associated diseases of woody plants, soil-borne fungal pathogens, and plant defense responses. I have published research on fungal pathogen diversity, pathogenicity, molecular characterization, and disease management in economically important crops. I am actively engaged in scientific research projects and postgraduate supervision, contributing to advances in plant pathology and sustainable crop protection.
