Researcher at the Food Technology Laboratory of the University of Almería (UAL). My work focuses on the research and maintenance of axenic microalgae cultures and sample analysis using chromatographic techniques. I have a solid background in advanced techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry, and solvent extraction, thus allowing me to analyze bioactive compounds such as flavonoids and phenolic compounds, as well as evaluate antioxidant activity using HPLC and spectrophotometry. Before joining the UAL, I studied a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, specializing in Chemistry, at the Mohamed I University "Oujda, Morocco." This academic and practical experience has allowed me to develop a broad and detailed perspective in the field of food science. I am committed to developing innovative solutions, developing a genetic transformation system for microalgae, and working on comparative trials of transformed transgenic microalgae that super-produce oil, as well as comparative trials on the medium scale in the laboratory.
