Martin Enrique Romero-Sanchez received his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Environmental Sciences from Trent University in 2015. He has been a senior researcher at the National Center of Interdisciplinary Research on Forest Enhancement and Conservation in Mexico since 2011. His research topics mainly include forest monitoring, remote sensing, spatial modelling, climate change, ecosystem services, and forest conservation.
