Younes Mohammadi received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Bu Ali Sina University, Hamedan, Iran, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. From 2019 to 2021, he has been with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UFRGS, RS, Porto Alegre, Brazil, as a postdoctoral researcher. He continued this role at LTU, Skellefteå, Sweden from 2020 to 2022. Since 2022, he has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Umeå University, Sweden. His research interests include power systems, power quality, power-system protection, machine learning, and climate change.
