This paper presents the result of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on Recommender System (RS) topic as a preliminary toward a further study on designing a smart Learning Management System (LMS) for online learning which adopts Natural Language Processing techniques. As a foundation to a broader study on smart LMS, this study focused on analyzing prominent study reports on recommender systems in general and online learning in particular. The SLR method analyzed papers published in the range of 2013-2018. Out of the 109 papers this study analyzed indepth 42 papers. The study findings confirmed that most of RS studies still focused on e-commerce, movies, tourists, and more whose most popular RS methods were collaborative filtering and content base. Some studies in RS for online education were mostly focused on scheduling, recommendations for courses, books, prospective students and others. The results of this study found that there are still much opportunities to develop methods and approaches for RS in online learning. This study findings gives foundation of our future research to develop a model of conscious contextual recommendation system using Machine Learning based on smart LMS for online learning.

This study aims to analyze the performance of symmetrical encryption algorithms between the AES and DES algorithms, and the use of mini PC devices such as Raspberry Pi. It aims to find algorithms that excel in performance. The performance, which is a measure is the time and memory used to encrypt and decrypt with the same key - the method used in research with an experimental approach. Where experimental done on Raspberry PI with PHP programming language, the results of this study indicate that the AES algorithm requires a shorter time in encrypting messages compared to the DES algorithm. The AES algorithm uses a larger memory capacity in encrypting messages compared to the DES algorithm. The AES algorithm is recommended to use because in terms of security AES has a more significant number of keys that is 128 bits while the DES algorithm has a key length of 64 bits or half of the number of keys in the AES Algorithm. The results of the comparison of the two algorithms can be used as a reference where two encryption algorithms are compatible with the applications and devices developed.

The research objective was to develop a learning media support system using chatbot technology that was integrated with the LINE messaging mobile application and content management system (CMS) with homeschooling students and teachers as target users. The renewal of this research is to add access to subject matter features and discussion forum features. These features do not yet exist in the chatbot application system in other studies. Authentication on the chatbot is needed to find out who the user is accessing the chatbot for the material, discussion forum, and work on the problem training and National Examination exercises. E-learning innovation from chatbots is integrated with the LINE and CMS messaging mobile application that contains subject matter, exam practice, discussion forums, and evaluation of student evaluations. This system supports students who have limited time to attend traditional face-to-face classes and have limited access to laptops. The results of this study prove that Chatbot on smartphones can maximize student learning functions, increase student interest and achievement (value).

In recent years, various online learning models called Massive Online Open Courses (MOOC) have been mediated by smart and effective computers that play an important role in the acquisition of knowledge for learning. Discussion forums, also referred to as a means to discuss all learning materials and conference systems, are also a means to discuss the material as a substitute for face-to-face meetings between students and lecturers. This phenomenon is also found in online learning. Unfortunately, online learning is not supported by 24-hour real-time lecturer responses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify, analyze needs, and design Chatbots that can be used as role models to develop LMS as an intelligent academic information system, especially to support 24 hours of interactive learning processes in all subjects. This study uses the Natural Language Processing approach to generate responses such as daily conversations. The analysis is done and used to design chatbots that can maximize LMS work that is smart and can help student learning activities, especially around the most frequently asked questions. After being tested on several subjects in the Information System Engineering group, it is known that Chatbot can interact with students like having daily conversations. In the future, the results of this study are used as supporting systems for recommendations on smart LMS.

Travel security, traffic congestion and the efficiency of the global transport sector are key issues in some developing countries. Jakarta is one of the big cities and is the capital of Indonesia. This study aims to provide solutions to congestion problems in the capital city by maximizing the intelligent transportation system, convenient and safe for passengers. This research finds the fact that people's need for Trans Jakarta is relatively high but in fact it is not directly proportional to the public interest towards the use of Trans Jakarta buses. This study finds issues related to the needs and expectations of the community using Trans Jakarta facilities. Not only convenience and security and cheap price offered but also the ease and speed in transacting. This research provides ideas related to the facilities provided by Trans Jakarta as one of public transportation owned by the government. Combining smart phones with the use of internet-based technology (IOT). This research proposed an integrated system (integration platform). The solution with IOT-based technology enhancements makes it easy to present all information about bus availability, bus scheduling, booking places and easy online payment. This study uses a comparative study related to the needs of passengers in using Trans Jakarta. This study found the need of passengers for the existence of an integrated system that presents all information and ease of public transportation access in the city of Jakarta.
