Dr. Sultan Kocaman earned her BSc in Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in 1997, and she completed her PhD in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at ETH Zurich in 2009. Presently, she holds a professorial position at the Department of Geomatics Engineering at Hacettepe University. Her research focuses on photogrammetry, remote sensing, and GIS,and thier applications including natural hazards, disaster management, land management, and data quality assessment.
