I am Dr. Raúl López, Associate Professor of Hydraulic Engineering at the University of Lleida since 1996. I am a hydraulic engineer, fluvial geomorphologist and hydrologist whose main research interests include numerical modelling of processes in fluvial hydraulics and fluvial geomorphology (especially flow resistance and incipient motion and bed load sediment transport in gravel bed rivers and mountain streams) and modelling and assessment surface hydrology (in urban, rural, forest and mountain basins).
