René Martínez is an Associate Professor and at the Facultad de Odontología, Universidad Andrés Bello, Santiago, Chile. He is also an Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist at the Universidad Andres Bello and Carlos Van Buren Hospital. He holds a Master's in Dentistry from the Universidad Andrés Bello with Specialization in Oral Pathology and Medicine and a PhD from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil.
